In the beginning – when I was starting out in real estate investing – that’s what I did, too.

In the early days, when my business was smaller and simpler, winging it like I did meant I wore all the hats and did everything myself. (Hey, I couldn’t afford to hire helpers.)
I got real tired and knew something had to change or I wouldn’t make it in real estate investing.
